6/22/02 – Senez had the boat ramp repaired at her expense, never heard a word from Collins
7/14/02 – Senez had a gate put on the ramp so she could keep the dogs out of the water, never heard a word from Collins

2003

9/18/03 – Hurricane Isabel
12/20/03 – Padgett Construction started work on the wall
12/24/03 – Collins went to Driftwood restaurant, we paid for dinner
12/28/03 – Collins had an open house party which Senez attended

2004

01/05/04 – Construction on the wall finished
03/01/04 – Wall done, back filling upper level and partial landscaping done
03/20/04 – Ann Collins went with Senez to a grand opening at Synchronicity, one of her customers. Senez had her customer Synchronicity send Ann Collins a $50 gift certificate for the event
04/27/04 – Ann had an auto accident
04/28/04 W – Ann left me a message work voice mail at 6:40 PM. Ann left a message on home voice mail. Senez got home around 7:30 PM. Ann called Senez over and said they needed to have a girl talk about the auto accident Ann had, which she then never discussed. This is the first time Senez became aware that she may have a problem.
5/?/04 – Senez went over and talked to Steve in the PM, for the second time
5/?/04 – Steve re-routed the sump pump drain pipe. Senez knocked it off and Steve re-attached it again.
5/09/04 – Pop’s Birthday Sunday. PM went to talk to Steve. Steve told Senez he owned half the boat ramp, 1st time she heard this. Senez offered to pay for the property if that was the case. Steve asked me to go to the bedroom and see the view, so she did. Senez couldn’t see anything because of their railing and trees and told him so. Last time Senez tried to talk to them.
5/10/04 M – Monday, Stop Work order issued (only construction day lost)
5/11/04 Tu – Tuesday, Dave got permit
5/12/04 W – Wednesday, Steve got another stop work order for Deck from zoning
5/14/04 F – Friday, Driftwood by boat w/ Joe & Linda Gale. Steve & Ann came on Senez side of the fence and talked to Ernie around 7:30PM
5/15/04 S – Senez took pictures from Collins deck
5/18/04 Tu – Glen Berry 9:28 AM
5/24/04 M – Steve put a stake in the ground to mark their property and took down the small wire fence. Senez called the police, Officer Bill M.. And Lloyd???? Took out stake, PVC pipe, and drain. 2nd time drain was re-routed. Zoning of two kitchens issue came up. Basement lights burned out, all cloudy. Replaced with new bulbs.
5/25/04 T – Dave went to see the Tempo Lounge people to see if they remembered the wall, George cook, Jr.
5/26/04 W – Dave was going to a meeting with the county? Steve took down Senez’s no trespassing sign. Left a message for Ed Covehey around 4:00PM.
5/27/04 Th – Senez put back up a keep out sign. Basement lights flickered and were unscrewed. Talked to Ed Covehey.
5/30/04 Su – Senez discovered sign was spray painted black.
6/01/04 Tu – Met with Surveyor Brian Dietz
6/02/04 W – Signed Surveyor contract and mailed check
6/03/04 Th – PM Steve took down signs, Pop saw him. Dave came home called police. 2 policeman came. Steve said a Surveyor was coming tomorrow. Police exchanged our keys.
6/04/04 F – AM Senez was standing upstairs in the hallway, saw Steve fooling around the sump pump drain. Checked and Steve had clogged it up. Left message for Ed and talked to Brian’s wife about the situation. Ed sending letter to Steve. Brian called me back in the afternoon.
6/06/04 S – Basement lights unscrewed
6/07/04 – Covehey sent Collins a letter, advising adverse possession and that if they continued I was to get a peace order.
6/10/04 Th – Dave went to zoning for a meeting to fill out papers.
6/11/04 F – Dave went back to zoning.
6/14/04 M – Steve called Baltimore Co. on us about the driveway and sump pump drain. They were at Steve’s house this morning to go over. Inspectors will call Dave tomorrow.
6/15/04 T – Brian Dietz came out to my house
6/16/04 W – Went to court for Peace Order
8/01/04 – I had a dog party, Collins said I trespassed. We think it was Kathleen retrieving her dog.
9/28/04 – Steve and Ann Collins sent me suit papers that I received for miscellaneous complaints.

2005

3/01/05 – Bruce talked to Mr. Myers
3/08/05 – Mediation with Judge Ciconne
3/17/05 – 1st Trail date which was postponed. Lawyer mediation at my house.
3/18/05 – Bruce Covehey e-mailed me about Mr. Myers
4/01/05 – Bruce sent me an email about Collins and some monetary damage
4/05/05 – Date of the Collins Demand letter
4/20/05 – Date I received the Demand letter
5/08/05 Su – Steve and Ann scowling & taking pictures of Senez, Cindy, Annie and Pop planting flowers in the front yard
5/14/05 – Steve taking pictures of me, Liz, and Pop working in the font yard
5/15/05 – My family came over, again taking pictures of our activities
5/18/05 – 7:00 PM Ann stood on her deck, arms crossed stomping her foot because Senez was planting a palm tree in a flower pot.
6/01/05 – Senez and Dave were cleaning the gutters on the garage and both Collins came out and sat on their steps, drinks in their hands, like they were watching a circus act. Judy Ensor talked to Mr. Myers
6/02/05 – Mediation in Judy’s office, Mediator’s name Betty Stemley
6/03/05 – Senez talked to Glen Berry
6/06/05 – Glen Berry and Baltimore County came to the house, said there was nothing wrong.
6/08/05 – After mediation Collins gave up on the boathouse and engineer for the drainage. So, really there was never an issue, wanted the wall and one inch! And said would pay part of the cost to rebuild boathouse when Senez was ready.
6/09/05 – Senez advised Judy that Collins grass was falling all over my cars and sent pictures
06/18/05 – Advised Judy Ensor again the grass was still all over my cars and my cars were still being watered.
7/01/05 – Senez wrote Judy that Collins turned on their ground sprinkler, it sprayed Pop’s van with each turn. Senez had to go close his windows.
7/04/05 M – Collins sat on their boat watching fireworks
7/05/05 T – Echo drugged, had to take her to vet with papers stating that actions were taken to give the dog a drug
7/09/05 Sat – Discovered Jr’s boat wires ad been cut. Later that evening Steve on side of garage, staring at me like he was in a trance. Original discovery deadline.
7/10/05 Sun – Senez cut down the grass which had fallen all over her cars.
7/14/05 – Collins called Echo a pit bull after being out on the boat all day. Senez said, “That’s why you drugged her!” Steve didn’t respond
7/19/05 Tu – While Senez was feeding the ducks, Ann came out and followed harassing about feeding them. Ann kept saying, “1.5 ounces per duck”…or something?
7/20/05 W – Camera’s ordered. Ann & Steve took boat ride to see what we were doing on the boathouse
7/21/05 Th – Steve boated all day, Ann stood in doorway watching Dave Y, Pop, and Senez. Barry Schweitzer stopped over by boat.
7/23/05 Sat – Margie spent the night, 11:30 PM Ann followed Senez to the water stating, “that’s what we need more guano in the water”. Senez replied that the ducks shit there every day. So Ann followed Senez for several minutes saying the same thing, Ann had to have been drunk! She made some comment about Echo but Margie couldn’t hear it.
7/24/05 – Mediation deadline
7/25/05 M – Evening, Ann was swimming, Liz, Tony, and Echo went down to jet ski’s and water when Ann said, “This is going to be a problem, that’s a mean dog”!
7/27/05 W – 10:00 Vector started camera installation
8/17/05 – Dave Y. was over helping Senez with the replacement of the little piece of wire fence with a matching wood picket. Then they put the crab pots in the top of the boathouse. Steve sat on his deck watching us with his binoculars. When Dave was loading up his truck, Steve was behind his garage waiting and called Dave over to “talk”. Dave wanted to know where Steve was from because of the way he talked, he acted and sounded drunk!
8/21/05 – Steve and Ann sat outside to watch Dave and Senez work on the boathouse
8/23/05 – 2nd trial date which again was postponed
9/26/05 – Rick dropped off trailer to the house. Steve stopped him and said “Linda doesn’t need a trailer, she doesn’t have a boat”.
10/20/05 – Hung the “Nosey Neighbor Zone” banner in yard
10/27/05 – Rusty’s 1st site visit
10/31/05 – Advised Judy turning the case over to Rusty
11/02/05 – Hung Rolling Stones Tongue on Boathouse

2006

1/04/06 – Glen Berry stopped by Senez house just to follow up. Senez called and spoke to him
2/09/06 – Rusty & Brad met with Lanzi & Jenkins, Thompson
2/23/06 – B&T electrical, put in 2 lamp posts in driveway
3/17/06 – Steve came out to ask Dave Y. what he was doing with the fence, tightening it up? Steve then told Dave that Linda is working him to hard about 5:30-6:00PM. Moved pickets closer to prevent dogs from barking
3/18/06 – Took pictures of Collins house from Crescent Yacht Club
3/21/06 – Conference call Rusty & Brad. Lanzi sent Brad a letter about not receiving the agreement and good faith and setting a court date.
4/?/06 – Dave straddled Canoe’s on pier and finger pier, Collins again watching with binoculars
4/?/06 – Rusty talked to Mr. Myers.
4/15/06 – Pictures Saturday morning of swing. Flower boxes Saturday night- went to talk to Dave
4/17/06 – E-mailed Rusty and Brad that Collins is psycho.
4/29/06 Pop on porch waiting for Home Depot delivery truck, Collins came out saw Pop and started a staring contest.
4/30/06 – Putting jet ski’s in water around 5:00 PM. Steve ran out like he was picking something from the garden and then stood their staring at us.
5/01/06 – Brad sending agreement to Collins attorney’s
5/10/06 – Letter’s from Lanzi to Baltimore Co. & Zoning
5/12/06 – Bought electric lawnmower while putting together Collins stood by fence watching Senez the whole time
5/22/06 – Senez met with Glen Berry & Earl Echart, Baltimore County, regarding the letter Lanzi sent. Everything still fine.
5/24/06 W – Senez met with Surveyor Brian Dietz at 8:00, Senez wanted additional info.
5/25/06 – Received Brad’s letter requesting court date.
5/26/06 – Senez met with Glen Berry and Earl Echart
5/28/06 – Julia, Collins granddaughter came over my house to play with Annie.
5/29/06 – Julia, Collins granddaughter came over my house again.
5/30/06 – Collins sat on his side step and watched me take out the trash for 20+ minutes
5/31/06 – Ann walked towards the bamboo and just stood their while Senez watered the bamboo.
6/02/06 – Friday, Collins had a party, asked Pop to cut off tractor, knowing he uses it for transportation.
06/05/06 – Steve Collins threatened me.
06/06/06 – Ann waited for Tama & Amanda to talk, she hasn’t talked to them in a year. Said see my new baby, Cloey. They’ve had Cloey for a year or more. Ann usually hides from them.
6/13/06 – Both Collins walked down to Concrete table to watch me water yard approx. 8:30 pm
06/26/06 - Baltimore County closed their file on Senez.
06/27/06 – Property line wall fell during storm.
06/29/06 – Baltimore County came out to verify drain holes in wall clogged with concrete.
6/30/06 – Ann Collins stalked us in front yard video taping Senez, Ernie, Patty, Liz and Annie working in the front yard for the party.
07/17/06 – Trial date postponed
07/17/06 – Glenn Barry called about the zoning issue
07/26/06 – Senez picked up copies of Baltimore County and DEPRM’s property file for 341.
07/30/06 – Senez called police to verify boards behind wall Officer Swinney and Officer Markel. Video surveillance of Steve vandalizing my fence.
07/31/06 – Glenn Barry came by to verify boards behind fence.
08/03/06 – Called DEPRM about Collins Backfilling John Russo
08/04/06 – Talked to Brian Lindley DEPRM. He knew all about Collins / Senez. He also knew that Collins state that drainage from Senez property damaged their bulkhead.
08/09/06 – Hole for sump pump dug, Ann Collins came over three times to ask the men what they were doing.
8/19/06 –Saturday, Ann stalked me while I was feeding the ducks (on camera surveillance), new pictures of grass on cars
8/20/06 –Sunday, Ann stalked me while I was watering the plants around the yard
8/21/06 –Monday, Steve put the sprinkler on and it again was watering Pop’s car. Spoke with Earl Eckart; said he would go to hearing with me
8/23-24/06 –Wends and Thurs put in rain garden
8/30/06 –GIS maps
8/31/06 –Picked up maps
10/3/06 –Tuesday 9:30-10:00 pm I was taking out the trash, Ann was outback with her nightshirt on with her dog. She came around the side of the house and stood, then watched me for about 15 minutes.
10/5/06 –Thursday, Lizzy was cleaning the dog pool as Steve stared at her periodically while painting the side of his shed. She went inside and waited for him to finish so she could work next to shed and pick up leaves. Ann came outside and started working right next to her on her side of the fence where Lizzy was working also.
10/24/06 –Tuesday, Lizzy was working in the top of the garage and Ann kept staring at her through the bushes.
10/25/06 –Wednesday, Mr. Myers deposition
11/7/06 –Tuesday, Lizzy and Pop started her motorcycle while Ann and Steve showed their disgust
