Let it be known that the Collins planted a Bald Cypress tree so close to the property line that it has already encroached on my house. I had to trim back the branches that were hitting my house. The Collins have also killed the row of pine trees that were here when we bought our respective properties. Anyone buying their house will have to deal with the removal of the Bald Cypress and the pine trees since both are a constant source of contention. More below under 09/08/15.
1108/15 Many neighbors walk their dogs around the neighborhood and their dogs relieve themselves along the way. It's never been a problem, I usually talk to them if I'm outside. Likewise, I occasionally walk one of my dogs around the neighborhood, I and everyone else pick up after our dogs. Several neighbors advised me that the Collins make it a point to stop in front of my fence, on my little grassy area along the road, to let their dog relieve itself. Even to the point of holding their dog there when the dog obviously wanted to walk on. Today I experienced this myself!
Just before10:30 this morning, I was backing into my drive way and Ann Collins was walking her dog down Sassafras Rd towards Worton Rd. As I parked my car I witnessed Ann Collins restraining her dog on my grassy area when all the time the dog was pulling her to continue walking. After I parked I walked up to the fence while Ann Collins was still standing there to make sure I wasn’t seeing things. How common can those two people be to deliberately encourage their dog to relieve itself on someone’s property out of spite?
9/18/15 Ann Collins was taking pictures of my sign out front today with another woman. Later this evening while Ann Collins was walking her dog she kicked a half full plastic bottle that someone threw out, into my driveway, mumbling that it was my trash. I don't know what the bottle contained but I do know it wasn't my trash.
If the Collins want the signs to go away, all they have to do is to move my fence back to it's original position when I bought my property and pay the county document fees for the new boundary line. Basically give me back the property they stole from me!
It's important to note that the Collins are pathological liars. If they could make up such outrageous lies, tell them in court, under oath, there are no limits to what they would lie about for their own benefit!
9/08/15 A few things have happened since I started the website. The biggest update is that my friends have encouraged me to write a book on my experience, which I've started. Writing the book is why I haven't been diligent with website updates. I think in some ways it will be cathartic. Another suggestion is a petition with signatures to the courts. I'm working on the legalities now. I'll also be revising several of the rebuttal pages with more in-depth information.
The Collins filed another suit against me March 2015, which was just more lies. The suit was an injunction for hanging a sign last fall the reads, "I Want My Property Back," and this website address. They now want to infringe on my first amendment right to free speech. The Judge didn't even hear the case. I'll be adding the documents later. Last week I hung another sign, that reads, "They Stole My Property With Lies," and this website address.
I'm amazed at the number of cars that slow down to read the sign on our little street. The Collins have put their house up for sale but have overpriced the house so they can blame me if it doesn't sell. The only reason the Collins are moving is because I sent them a copy of the letter I sent Judge Souder, last August. The Collins knew then, that everyone in the neighborhood, knew they were liars! It's all in the letter to Judge Souder under the letter section. I guess the Collins could file a lawsuit for defamation however everything on this website is clearly documented and accurate. The Collins mistakenly believe that if they move, this won't follow them. The website has been set up in perpetuity.

It's a nasty tree that drops all the pine needles every winter. The needles fall over my roof and in my gutters. The Collins knew how big the tree would get, Ann Collins is a self-professed horticulturalist. The tree will grow approximately120 feet tall. Anyone buying their house will have to deal with the removal of that tree since it will cause damage to my house and be a constant source of contention. The Collins have also killed the row of pine trees that were here when we bought our respective properties. Again this will create problems for any potential buyer. My attorney sent the Collins attorney a letter that I would hold them responsible for any damage to my property. Copy will be attached in the letter section.
The boat ramp really needs to be repaired however I'm not going to do that a second time, at my expense, for the benefit of the Collins!
